     Hi
    Hope someone can help me out. I just got my Maxisys mini and I'm trying to update to get the latest of everything.

    problem I have is every time I try to update I get a error message saying that I'm not connected to the internet !
    I am connected to the internet as I can use the internet browser.

    I was able to update the tablet firmware to v01.02.06
    after that the update worked once and I installed the update it came up with. Now it's just saying no internet connection every time i try :(

    some info about my system:

    MaxiSYS mini
    Version number 1.23
    android version 4.0.4
    MaxiUI version v01.02.06

    hope to get a quick answer so i can move on with this hopefully super system.

     guess I'm having the same internet problems as other have described here, after updating to v1.23

     Sounds like I'm not the only person with this problem.

    Can we get some one from Autel support to comment on this.

     Well, for some reason I got it to work today. don't know if it was me or they fixed the problems....
    I ended up doing a complete factory reset erasing the SD card too.

    After that I could update to v1.23 and it found the server and downloaded all 49 updates available.

    this fixed all the problems I had, so now I can start using it.

    Autel support..... hmmmm, don't even want to comment on how bad it was. embarrassing

     Sorry for the late reply. 

    We are busy checking this issue on our side these days. 
     
    Here are the solutions that we find so far.  
    1. Please do not use WiFi and Ethernet connection at the same time. You can connect to Internet either via WiFi or LAN connection. 
     
    2. Try the settings on Maxisys as below: 
        Find out the Maxisys icon on the tablet, keep pressing the Maxisys icon, and then you will see "App Info" at the top of Maxisys tablet; 
        Move the Maxisys icon into "App Info", and then click "Force stop" and "clear data" buttons on the new screen to stop progress and remove the datas.
       
    3. Press "Root Explorer" on Maxisys, go to /mnt/sdcard/scan/, and check if there is a "init.xml" file. If there is such a file, please delete the file and then test if you can connect to Internet and download the updates on Maxisys.
